My Lord,

I have the honour to recommend for Your

Lordship's approval an application from Messrs. Kwong Tuck

Cheong, lessees of Kowloon Marine Lot 90 for an extension of

their shipyard at To Kwa Wan, as shown on the plan enclosed.

2.

The terms and conditions on which I

propose to grant this extension are as follows:-

E RIGHT HONOURABLE

(a). The lessees to surrender the existing Crown Lease of Kowloon Marine Lot 90 when called upon to do so

by the Land Officer.

(b). The lessees to be granted a new Crow Lease of Kowloon Marine Lot 90 including the area coloured red

on attached plan, the new Crow Lease to be for the same

term and to commence from the same date as the existing

lease namely 75 years renewable commencing from 23rd.

December, 1909, and to be subject to all the clauses and

conditions contained in the old Crom Lease together with the following.

(c). The lessees to pay into the Colonial Treasury,

within 14 days of the date of a letter from the Director

of Public Works stating that the new area is at their

disposal, premium at the rate of 15 cents a square foot

for the area coloured red on plan.
